This site contains a table comparing the different registration types along with the benefits and drawbacks of each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration Steps and Requirements in Cambodia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Cambodia, you can register your new business through the One Portal system <a href=\"https:\/\/www.registrationservices.gov.kh\/en\/home\/\">here<\/a>. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.registrationservices.gov.kh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/User-Guide-Eng-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">User Guide <\/a>from the Ministry of Economy and Finance is very useful to help you get prepared for this process. It includes an overview of how to use the system and the documents you will need to prepare for submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main steps in registering your business, whether you use the One Portal system, or a service provider are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name Search and confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registration with the MOC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax registration with GDT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Declaration of opening with MoLVT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensing and other requirements based on operations and industry. Registering a trademark can protect your brand assets, such as your business name or logo.
