Traceability for Safer Markets and Stronger Consumer Confidence: Case Study of CamTrace
Traceability for Safer Markets and Stronger Consumer Confidence: Case Study of CamTrace —FREE WEBINARFood traceability is one of the cornerstones of global food safety management. Food traceability is part of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, but only after its inclusion in the European Union's General Food Law 2002 did it become a topic of its own. Strict rules on traceability have also been implemented in the United States recently. Food supply chains in exporting countries are expected to adhere to the same rules. For a well-designed production process, traceability is mostly about proper record keeping, which helps companies to manage their organizations better anyway. The talk will introduce the developed digital traceability system called CamTrace, motivate its need, and showcase a real-world design of a chain traceability system.🗓 Date: 26 August 2025 | 🕘 Time: 14:00–15:00
