Phnom Penh, December 3, 2025 — The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI), together with Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), convened a meeting to discuss solutions to streamline the registration of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on a single digital platform.

Minister Hem Vanndy and Minister Cham Nimul co-chaired the meeting to identify policy measures that address registrants’ concerns, clarify enterprise categories, and guide implementation approaches. Integrating MSMEs more fully into the formal system is key to strengthening and expanding the foundation of the national economy.
