25th December 2021, the 2nd Outreach of the KhmerSME https://www.khmersme.gov.kh/ and ASEAN Access https://www.aseanaccess.com/ websites, which is being held in Siem Reap Province to further inform local businesses about how the two websites work in supporting their business growth and connect them to wider markets within ASEAN and global markets

In the outreach event, 90 participants, who are officers from the Siem Reap Provincial Department of MISTI and local business owners learned about the two websites and the process of registration with KhmerSME and ASEAN Access.

The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI), Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA), Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) and supported by the ASEAN-German cooperation project, Strengthening Regional Structures for Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion in ASEAN (ASEAN SME) implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

These websites are planned to be held in the main target province/cities such as as Kratie, Battambang and Sihanoukville for the outreach activities in 2022.
