The purpose of this event is to discuss the key features of the law, including the investment incentive scheme for various sectors such as sustainable development, digital and technology. There will be a Keynote Speech by H.E. Mr. Sok Chenda Sophea, Minister attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary-General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia. Followed by an extensive presentation on the new Law on Investment by Dr. Sar Senera, Director of Department of Legal Affairs, and Investment Law of the Council for the Development of Cambodia. After the presentation, there will be a panel discussion joint by H.E. Mr. Sok Chenda Sophea with representatives from the public and private sectors to further discuss the Law on Investment in practice, with emphasis on sustainable growth and digital development with an upskilled workforce.
