HTS officially registered in 2021. As Cambodia is agriculture country where there is abundant of agri-products however, there is a huge loss of raw material. Moreover, there are many available technologies for food processing however those technologies are expensive and complicated which are not be afforded by Cambodian farmers. Since we have experience in drying technique, we discovered that solar dryer is the most sustainable drying technique which can be afforded by farmers and local processors. By seeing the potential of sola dryer and the opportunity in agri-food sector, we are enthusiastic to promote this technology to be a part of agri-food development in Cambodia.
