សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយថ្នាក់តំបន់ ស្តីពី បរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល និងការអនុវត្តបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម

នាថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ តាមរយៈអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម និងសិប្បកម្ម បានរៀបចំ “សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយថ្នាក់តំបន់ ស្តីពី បរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល និងការអនុវត្តបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម” ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ អ្នកបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ស្ថាប័នគាំទ្រធុរកិច្ច និងតំណាងវិស័យឯកជន មកពីព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យប្រជាមានិតឡាវ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម និងសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ញឹម ខេមរា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ និងជានាយកគម្រោង ព្រមទាំងមតិស្វាគមន៍ ដោយលោកជំទាវ ញឹមខេមរា រូហ្សា អគ្គនាយកសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម និងសិប្បកម្ម និងជាប្រធានគម្រោង។

ខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗនៃកម្មវិធី រួមមាន៖
– ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ថ្នាក់ជាតិ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម
– បទបង្ហាញស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធនវានុវត្តន៍ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះធុរកិច្ចរបស់ប្រទេសចិន ដោយ TusStar
– បទបង្ហាញស្តីពីសេចក្តីព្រាងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំ ស្តីពីបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល
– កិច្ចពិភាក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ ដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលសម្រាប់ការកសាងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំ

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ស្ថិតក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគម្រោង “ការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព និងការអនុវត្តបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រផ្នែកគោលនយោបាយ ក្នុងប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម” ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីមូលនិធិពិសេសនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង។

Regional Dissemination Seminar on SME Digital Transformation and Digital Adoption for MSMEs

On Wednesday, 19 August 2026, the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, through the General Department of Small and Medium Enterprises and Handicrafts, organized the “Regional Dissemination Seminar on Digital Transformation and Digital Adoption for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,” with the participation of senior officials, policymakers, development partners, business support organizations, and private sector representatives from the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and the People’s Republic of China.

The seminar was presided over by H.E. NHIM Khemara, Permanent Secretary of State of MISTI and Project Director, with welcome remarks delivered by H.E. NHIMKHEMARA Rosa, Director General of GDSME&H and Project Manager.

Key highlights of the programme included:
– Country experience sharing on digital adoption from Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam
– Presentation on China’s incubation and start-up ecosystem by TusStar
– Presentation of the draft Digital Transformation Guideline
– A consultation session to gather stakeholder inputs for the development of the Guideline

The seminar is implemented under the project “Improving Productivity and Digital Adoption for MSMEs through Policy Support in CLV (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Viet Nam),” supported by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund.
